'Pillars Of Eternity: The White March' Release Date Announced For Part 2; New Mode Revealed!
Part two of "Pillars of Eternity: The White March" will be coming next year, according to PC Gamer.
"Pillars of Eternity: The White March" was first announced by Paradox at E3 as a part of the PC Gaming Show. The writers, Carrie Patel and Eric Fenstermaker, gave details that the expansion will increase the character level cap and there will be a large amount of new content for the game.
"The White March" part one focused more on combat and dungeon crawling. It also introduced new companions which were a monk and a robot. The game expansion was then launched on Aug. 25.
Obsidian, the game publisher of "Pillars of Eternity", has announced today that part two of the new expansion of the game will be out next year in January, according to sources.
The game publisher has given few details for the game which revealed there will be an addition of new quests, abilities and a new Barbarian companion named Meneha, according to PC Games N.
In addition, there is a new mode for the game which is called "Story Time." This feature is meant to make things faster even just a little.
The new iteration of the expansion, "The White March," is directed by Josh Sawyer, who is also the game director of "Fallout: New Vegas," according to Hardcore Gamer. "Pillars of Eternity" lead writer Fenstermaker will be writing the expansion with the assistance of co-writer Carrie Patel, who also wrote "South Park: The Stick of Truth."
"Pillars of Eternity: The White March" part one had a price tag of £10.99 alone. The Expansion Pass bundle has a price tag of £18.99 which will now include part two, according to Eurogamer.net. The gaming website has seen some art for the insect-like Vithrack species and helmet concepts for part two.
