Sung Dong Il's Daughter Not A BTS Army? 'Hwarang' Actor Confirms Bin Does Not Recognize His Former Co-Star Kim Tae Hyung
There is little doubt that BTS is currently one of the most popular groups in the world. The idols have just earned more members of the BTS Army after their stunning performance at the recent 2018 Billboard Music Awards. In addition to that, their comeback album Love Yourself: Tear has debuted at the Number One spot on the Billboard 200 charts. However, there are still some people who have never heard of V, RM, Jin, Suga, Jimin, J-Hope, and Jungkook. Veteran actor Sung Dong Il has just revealed that his young daughter, Sun Bin, has no idea who Kim Tae Hyung is although he has worked with the Bangtan Boy in Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.
He might be a huge celebrity, but BTS's V is just as young who thinks children are adorable. Kim Tae Hyung has recently made a young fan's day by responding to the child's handwritten note with a hilarious letter of his own. However, V's charm doesn't work on a young girl who happens to be a Dad! Where Are We Going? star. V's Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth co-star Sung Dong Il has just confirmed that his daughter doesn't know who the idol is.
Sung Dong Il recently revealed in an interview that BTS's V is a big fan of Sun Bin after she appeared with her father in Dad! Where Are We Going? back in 2015, as per Soompi. Kim Tae Hyung had reportedly asked to meet Dong Il's daughter and even went out of his way to send the little girl a huge box filled with snacks. Unfortunately, V's courtesy was only met with confusion. Sung Dong Il revealed that Bin did not recognize the idol's name. It looks like the child is not a BTS Army.
It may be disappointing to know that V is a fan of a little girl who doesn't even know he exists but the BTS member is not the only one she is not familiar with. Sung Dong Il shared that Sun Bin also hasn't heard about EXO, Running Man cast member Lee Kwang Soo, or That Winter, the Wind Blows actor Jo In Sung.
Hopefully, Bin has taken an interest in the Bangtan Boys now that she knows Kim Tae Hyung is one of her biggest fans and will watch out for BTS in the future.
