Sandara Park has been in the Korean entertainment world for almost a decade, but she was never captured to be in a relationship. Although the former 2NE1 star had been rumored to be dating other celebrities like BIGBANG leader G-Dragon, the speculations were always proven to be false. Is Dara afraid of falling in love?

The 33-year-old South Korean singer, actress, and television presenter is a very busy woman, but that does not mean that she is too busy to find love. However, it appears that Sandara Park may still not be ready for her heart to be broken again if things will end up not working out, so she is not looking hard enough to finally find Mr. Right.

Park is putting all her time and effort into her solo career after 2NE1 disbanded in 2016. The YG Entertainment star’s social media posts revealed how hectic her schedule is, going from one place to another for her engagements.

But while her career is on the rise, it appears that her love life has plateaued. In fact, the former 2NE1 singer has not been romantically linked to anyone throughout her career. Is it because Dara is still not ready to give love another chance?

Park previously revealed that she had a very painful breakup. The star shared in an interview that, "I thought my life was over when I broke up because that was my first relationship."

Some may not know this, but Park’s first love was an actor in the Philippines, Joseph Bitangcol. The now 34-year-old star was her fellow contestant on the reality-based talent competition show in the country, Star Circle Quest. He is now married with one child.

Although Park and Joseph Bitangcol’s relationship ended so many years ago, the way that the YG star recalled the pain of their breakup seemingly hinted that she is still scared to be hurt again.

Dara is still single as of this writing. G-Dragon, who the former 2NE1 star is heavily shipped to, is single as well.
