‘Elementary’ Season 6 Episode 5 Spoilers: Holmes Struggles To Recall How The Victim’s Head Is In His Hands

In Elementary Season 6 Episode 5, Sherlock and Joan will have a particularly tricky case to solve. Surprisingly, the biggest murder evidence would land directly on Holmes' hands. The only problem is that he won't remember just how he got it.

This week's murder case is a bit personal for Joan in Elementary Season 6 Episode 4. Upon investigating the case, she soon found out that the victim was her former therapist.

That would not have mattered a lot since the last time Joan saw the victim was five years ago. What complicated things were that Sherlock found it easier to solve the case by simply bringing the dead doctor's hard drive containing her patient's medical records and printed every one as he tried to look for clues.

While Joan was appalled by Sherlock's method as it was obviously a crime, he countered that it was still a lesser crime compared to stabbing someone in her office. But even Joan couldn't resist the temptation and took a look at the doctor's notes on her file.

Reading her doctor's notes in Elementary Season 6 Episode 4, Joan was affected and was almost depressed. Despite writing down all of her strong points, the doctor concluded in the end that the biggest fear Joan just can't face is being a mom.

Fortunately, her sister was able to sort Joan's feelings out and convinced her that in the end, her therapist was wrong about her; she's just as complete as anyone else even without a child. However, the experience probably got Joan giving adoption a thought as she was later seen visiting an adoption website. Fans will have to watch Elementary Season 6 Episode 5 to see if Joan actually goes through with this plan.

The duo will have a very interesting murder case to solve in Elementary Season 6 Episode 5. Apparently, Sherlock will end up with the head of the victim in his possession but the problem is that he just can't remember how he got it as revealed by the synopsis from CarterMatt.
