TWICE pays tribute to some of the popular movies of all time in their comeback album What Is Love? It quickly climbed to the top of music charts and its music video has gained millions of views on YouTube.

The "What Is Love?" MV picked up from where the promo teaser left off. The video opens with the K-pop idols in a sleepover and they are having a movie marathon. The girls explore the question of "What Is Love?" and the true definition of love by recreating some of the iconic scenes from the movies in an upbeat tempo and dance choreography.

Nayeon did a schoolgirl Princess Mia scene from The Princess Diaries film. Jeongyeon and Sana recreated the famous pottery wheel scene of Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze in the film Ghost. Mina wears headphones like in the French movie La Boum. Sana and Tzuyu imitate the dance-off scene from the Pulp Fiction movie.

Tzuyu and Jeongyeon recreate the famous fish tank scene in Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes' Romeo + Juliet film. Jihyo & Jeongyeon did a spin on the school scene from the Japanese film Love Letter. Momo and Tzuyu performed Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling's La La Land dance scene. Chaeyoung and Dahyun pay homage to Léon: The Professional.
