TVXQ’s Yunho, Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, SHINee’s Minho Avoided By Young Bands? Here's Why

Younger band members, as well as other SM employees, had commonly avoided sitting at the same table with TVXQ's Yunho, Super Junior's Choi Siwon and SHINee's Choi Minho - in a hilarious reason that is. The fun trivia was revealed during the latest episode of JTCB's "Ask Us Anything." Read on to know more as to why these three men were being kept away from.

Super Junior's Kim Hee Chul and Changmin let slipped that Yunho, Choi Siwon, and Choi Minho were known as "SM's Passionate Trio." As good as it may sound, the trio were said to be notorious - in a funny way - that people avoided encounters and conversation with them. Changmin revealed that Yunho was "infamous" among younger idol groups because he would often subject them into a 30-minute to an hour of advice about how to cope in the industry. In an episode of JTCB's "Ask Us Anything," as first reported by Soompi, Changmin explained that everyone understood that Yunho had the best interest in mind, but they were mostly tired to listen to his preaching. Kim Hee Chul funnily recounted that once these three were sitting in one table, nobody dared to join them because of such "passionate" preaches. He went on saying that Yunho fondly talked about the future of the Korean culture, to which Siwon would intensely chime in with his ideas about future Korean businesses and the economy. Minho would be on the sidelines, listening in-depth as if it was a matter of life and death. Heechul went as far as joking that even Lee Soo Man would dare not to join the "Passionate Trio."

Meanwhile, in other news, fans will see more of Yunho as a college student in "Melo Holi", a webtoon-based drama about a man with telepathic abilities and a woman who has a split personality. Super Junior, on the other hand, dropped some teases about their 8th album on October 14. The first track will be "Image." Four different teasers will be unveiled in the days to come.
