Rapper Gray To Collaborate With Simon Dominic and Zion.T for Epic Song
On October 12, rapper Gray (Lee Sung Hwa) uploaded a photo on his official Instagram account featuring Zion.T and co-label Simon Dominic. The three are seen inside a recording studio and many believe that they are collaborating to produce an epic song.
The trio is known to be very talented artists with unique colors and great producing skills. Thus, making a song together would definitely be highly-anticipated by K-Pop fans. According to All K-Pop, Simon Dominic has not been active over a year. Hence, fans believe that this might be the perfect time to drop another great song.
Additionally, Gray is close friends with Simon Dominic and Zion.T. Both Gray and Simon Dominic are artists of the trendy hip-hop label AOMG (Above Ordinary Music Group), which was founded by Jay Park in 2013.They are co-labels with numerous DJs, singers, rappers, and producers including Loco, DJ Pumpkin, Elo, and Ugly Duck. Moreover, Gray and Simon Dominic recently appeared on "Show Me The Money 5" as judges and collaborated in a song called "Comfortable" featuring one of the show's contestants named One.
Meanwhile, Gray and Zion.T belonged to the same crew named "VVD" or pronounced as VIVID. It was a hip-hop and R&B crew that consists of five members including Loco, Elo, and Crush. All of them can song-write, rap, sing and/or produce.
As for Gray's personal career, he already established a name for himself in the world of music production. In 2013, he released his own maxi single album "Call Me Gray", and featured big names like Dok2, Crush, Swings, and Jay Park. The title track was "Dangerous", which showcased Gray's smooth rap style and a laid-back groove.
Soompi even nominated Gray under the category Best Hip Hop and R&B Artist in their 12th annual awards. The rapper was described as someone who creates crazy beats for a lot of artists. Also, Gray got featured in several AOMG releases in the past year including Jay Park's "Drive" and Elo's "Day N Night".
