‘The Walking Dead: Michonne’ Game Revealed; Creator Tease With A Statement!
"The Walking Dead: Michonne" game has been revealed by the game developer, according to PC Gamer.
"The Walking Dead" game franchise made by Telltale games was popular in the past. It featured a story based on the comics. It tells the story of Lee Everett, a convicted criminal and Clementine, the orphaned girl that he must protect. Season 2 told the story of Clementine when she grew up and had her own adventure.
The new iteration of the game franchise is now called "The Walking Dead: Michonne." This game will feature Michonne, the popular survivor of the TV series "The Walking Dead."
"Played @TheWalkingDead: Michonne today with the team. Fresh, brutal, and it's about to sneak up on you... Be ready," tweets Job Stauffer, the Head of Creative Communication at Telltale, on his official Twitter page.
Telltale is popular for releasing games out the week after giving the release date announcements, so it will not be surprising if Episode 1 will be out soon this month, speculates Attack of the Fanboy.
Stauffer revealed that the first episode might be less than three hours.
"TV & Telltale thrive in consumable, single-sitting content," said Stauffer. "I'm at hour 3 of installing Fallout on PS4, longer than Michonne Ep 1."
Stauffer clarifies that the episodes will be brisk and consumable like a movie. Their games are single-sitting experiences. A gamer can play their episodes during "Fallout" breaks, according to PlayStationLifestyle.net.
"There will be no news on [The Walking Dead Season 3] until, at earliest, after the new Michonne Mini-Series concludes," clarifies Stauffer on the rumors of "The Walking Dead Season 3" release date.
Aside from the news of "The Walking Dead: Michonne" game, the other Telltale game, "Game of Thrones", will end its first season soon on Nov. 17. Another game which is "Minecraft: Story Mode" will have episode 3 this month.
