Blizzard Entertainment is planning to revive classic games to its former "glory," according to Gamespot.

Blizzard Entertainment has developed different games in the past that have been successful and still popular even today. The company has created the "Diablo" franchise, the "Warcraft" franchise and the "Starcraft" franchise.

The developer is now looking for a senior software engineer that will restore specific games to its "glory," according to sources.

"We need engineers to help maintain our legacy games," said a statement provided by Blizzard. "We have a history of maintaining our games for many years."

"Our earlier games are still played and enjoyed today, so we want to continue to maintain them for those communities," continued the statement.

Blizzard is planning to restore the classics like "Starcraft," "Warcraft III" and "Diablo II," according to IGN.

"Compelling stories. Intense multiplayer. Endless replayability. Qualities that made StarCraft, Warcraft III, and Diablo II the titans of their day," said Blizzard on a post. "Evolving operating systems, hardware, and online services have made them more difficult to be experienced by their loyal followers or reaching a new generation."

"We're restoring them to glory, and we need your engineering talents, your passion, and your ability to get tough jobs done," continued the post.

Candidates who will be successful will have responsibilities like fighting back hacking to improve the multiplayer features, fix the issues of the games, and help create situations for experiences that will make it look good as gamers play the games, according to Den of Geek.

The company has now started up a Classic Games division, which will handle in restoring and maintaining the legacy titles. Blizzard Entertainment is dedicated to reviving classic games and making it better, according to sources.
