With game developer, Maxis and game publisher Electronic Arts set to release its 11th stuff pack for "The Sims 4," avid fans of the life simulation title have been looking forward to learning more about the said DLC. Recently, a teaser clip provided gamers a first glimpse at the upcoming "The Sims 4: Fitness" pack.

"The Sims 4" gamers recently received a surprise treat when game developers unveiled its teaser clip for "The Sims 4: Fitness" stuff pack. Released on June 7, Wednesday, the less than 10-second video featured one of the new gameplay elements included in the said DLC specifically rock climbing.

In the said clip, as posted on Sims Community, "The Sims 4: Fitness" DLC teaser showed a female Sim preparing to tackle the rock climbing wall. After nearly reaching the top of the new "The Sims 4" object, the said Sim character lost her grip and fell to the ground while a male game character observed the incident from the sidelines.

This is not the first time that a rock climbing wall was introduced to "The Sims." Earlier installments of the life simulation game also featured the same object specifically in "The Sims 3." At this time, it is unclear if "The Sims 4" game developers incorporated new enhancements to the said "The Sims 4: Fitness" DLC item.

Apart from the addition of a new sporting activity, "The Sims 4" gamers can also expect to get new clothing items, decorative objects, and fitness equipment. The recent "The Sims 4: Fitness" stuff pack teaser even showcased a new short hairstyle for female Sims, as well as a few new clothing options.

Meanwhile, several "The Sims 4" gamers highlighted the fitness equipment that they would like to see included in "The Sims 4: Fitness" stuff pack. Comments posted on the fansite Sims VIP indicated the potential addition of exercise bikes and pull up bars to the base game.

Details about the said "The Sims 4" DLC will soon be unveiled given the impending release of its official trailer on June 8. "The Sims 4: Fitness" stuff pack is slated to hit gaming markets sometime summer 2017.
