As recently reported, Apple's iPad sales continue to decline with each passing quarter in the year. However, that hasn't stopped the Cupertino-tech giant from promising a successor to its tablets. Now, a new report that recently surfaced online seems to claim that the company is prepping the launch of its next re-vamped iPad Pro 2 for June this year.

According to a report published by BGR, Apple is apparently planning on debuting its 2017 edition iPad Pro with a new design and improved specifications sometime this year and a new rumor seems to claim that it might be in June. Moreover, it is also being indicated that the Apple iPad Pro 2 is set to launch in June will also apparently give a sneak peek into what the iPhone 8 might look like.

As for the size of the upcoming Apple iPad Pro 2, according to a report published by Yahoo!, it appears like the tablet might just be of the same size as the current edition, i.e. 9.7-inch and 10.5-inch. There were quite a few reports that claimed that Apple might be planning on coming up with a larger screen display by reducing or rather, shrinking the bezels. But nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

Apart from that, according to a report published by MacWorld, Apple even plans on embedding a fingerprint scanner on its upcoming iPad Pro as well. As for the release date, a new blog named 9 to 5 Mac recently posted a picture that claims to be an alleged inventory screen through an unspecified Apple re-seller. The image doesn't reveal a lot about what is going to come packed in the Apple iPad pro 2, but; chances are high that Apple just might unveil a couple of new products, especially the iPad Pro 2 at their widely-anticipated WWDC event in June.
