"Star Citizen" Alpha 2.0 will get some important changes with their new release, according to PC Gamer.

"Star Citizen" Alpha 1.3 was launched a few days ago and has already released a lot of content for the game. Fans are still waiting for more updates for more content and fixes for this game.

The new update will have more content for the game. The content will be new flight modes, Quantum Travel, and a third order motion control system, according to sources. The most important feature of alpha 2.0 is the new flight modes. You can change different flight modes for better ship behaviors in certain situations.

An example for the new flight modes is the Precision mode, which lets players reduce the top speed and get back to acceleration for better maneuvers. The Cruise mode lets players do the opposite. By changing these flight modes it will be convenient for the ships in different situations, according to Gear Nuke.

The Quantum Travel lets players travel to long distances in a short time. A ship with a Quantum Drive will be able to do this. The realistic physics is impressive too, according to Gameranx.

"At these speeds, tiny variations in angle will result in massively different flight paths, so this is where slower ships will have the chance to escape a faster ship accosting them," said Cloud Imperium Games, the game developer, in an explanation.

"Of course, traveling at these incredible speeds is quite dangerous, so the ship computer will automatically pull you out of Quantum Travel if the possibility of collision is detected or the ship has any downed shields."

There are still no details on when "Star Citizen" Alpha 2.0 will be released. The game designer and physics programmer have revealed some major changes of the upcoming version.
