‘The Last Crown: Midnight Horror’ Released; Add Ons To Arrive Soon!
"The Last Crown: Midnight Horror" has just been released for the fans who like the game series, according to PC Gamer.
The first title of the series, "The Last Crown", was released on 2008. The game has been one of the best horror games you could play on the PC for a while.
"Midnight Horror" is the next in line of the series. This is another adventure by Jonathan Boakes, creator of the series. This will be set between the first game and followed by the next one in the game series which is "The Last Crown: Blackenrock", according to Develop.
The game is set on Halloween and it will be set in a new Saxton village. A mystery will be uncovered again with the help of some gadgets for ghost-hunting, a séance, and Dark Arts. The game is a mix of detective gameplay and horror.
"Midnight Horror is a standalone ghost story, a celebration of Halloween, but also acts as a re-introduction to the ' Crown' universe, and the people of Saxton," said Darkling Room's Jonathan Boakes. "I hope you enjoy the game! It's been a blast to make and it acts as a super Prologue for Blackenrock, as well as a seasonal title in its own right."
This game is a standalone ghost story, but it also serves as the prologue of the sequel which is "Blackenrock". This will let the fans and the new players get re-introduced to the game again and the old village in the first game, according to sources
"Midnight Horror" is available for purchase on Steam today with a price tag of $4.99.
"The Last Crown: Blackenrock" is still in development, but the release date for the game is going to be announced soon enough. A trailer was released that shows what might happen during the next sequel, according to Realm Of Gaming.
