In "Supergirl" Season 2, Episode 20, an alien attacks National City and after investigation, Supergirl and the DEA find out that the alien is a Phorian. It is a relatively peaceful race with telekinetic abilities.
A lead on the Phorian's address takes Guardian to the alien's home and he meets a scared boy named Marcus. Marcus only trusts James and Guardian will have to do something to stop the attacks. Meanwhile, Rhea's plan moves forward. Watch "Supergirl" Season 2, Episode 20 online, here.
Meanwhile, "Supergirl" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg spoke with TV Line about General Zod portrayed Mark Gibbon. He stated that Zod's appearance is a surprise for fans. "He doesn't have a lot of screen time, so I can't say our interpretation is as nuanced as either [Superman/II's] Terence Stamp or [Man of Steel's] Michael Shannon, but we did one thing to put our own stamp on it - at least visually." He added that in "Supergirl" od will be seen in a Nazi uniform that we had seen in the comics back in the '60s. Kreisberg mentioned that it is fun for them. "And when you see the context in which he appears, it could only be Zod in that episode," the executive producer said. It has not yet been revealed when fans will General Zod in "Supergirl." It will be interesting to see how Kara and others will tackle this alien in "Supergirl" Season 2, Episode 20.
