OnePlus 5 rumoured to be inspired by iPhone 7s

May 3rd, 2017: In a recent report disclosed by TrueTech, photos of the new flagship smartphone OnePlus have emerged. The smartphone is featured having two cameras at the back.

OnePlus 5 is rumored to be inspired by the 2017 iPhone design of dual camera system on the black. The OnePlus 5 is set to face tough competition in the already dominated market of flagship devices. The current market is dominated by the likes of Google Pixel, Galaxy S8, Apple iPhone 7 and many more smartphones.

TrueTech soon revealed a set of sample photos that have been allegedly taken with the OnePlus 5 camera system. Although you might think that the photos will not reveal much about the OnePlus 5, close examination of the jpeg files revealed some rather important EXIF Data.

Each photo comes with its own EXIF data, which is basically just metadata for images. This EXIF data contains information about the camera, the lens, the software used to edit the photo and a lot more. Examination of the EXIF data of the sample images reveals the fact that they are from the OnePlus 5 camera itself. Although it should be noted that it is very easy to fake the EXIF data.

Though the images might seem legitimately from the OnePlus 5, they still lack a good amount of detail and dynamic range needed to examine the picture quality of the actual camera. Also leaks like these, often turn out to be word of mouth and hence should not be taken seriously.
