Park Hae Jin is a South Korean actor known for playing Yoo Jung in 'Cheese in the Trap,' both in the drama series and film versions.

JTBC appears to have another hit production with the South Korea cable channel's new action romance drama "Man to Man." With the said series surpassing viewership levels posted by "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" during its premiere, Park Hae Jin unveiled what he plans to do if the new drama continues to register strong ratings.

Avid Kdrama lovers have been anticipating the premiere of JTBC's new drama "Man to Man." Featuring Park Hae Jin as its lead star, the new series made an impressive debut with ratings at a high level. Released on April 21, Friday, the drama's first episode posted nationwide viewership shares of 4.055 percent, according to Nielsen Korea, as cited by Korean news outlet Donga.

The "Man to Man" premiere episode ratings even bested the hit drama "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" that registered viewership shares of 3.829 percent across the South Korean nation. Moreover, in the Seoul Metropolitan area, Park Hae Jin's new drama posted TV ratings of 4.808 percent while its timeslot predecessor reached ratings of 4.044 percent.

At this time, it is still unclear if "Man to Man" will mimic the same rating success that "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" enjoyed during its broadcast run. The recently concluded drama ended with viewership shares of 8.957 percent and 9.625 percent, across the nation and in Seoul, respectively.

In other news, Park Hae Jin made a special TV rating promise that showcased his philanthropic side. The actor shared in a recent V Live broadcast, as cited by Soompi, that he will donate 10,000 trees to South Korea if TV ratings for "Man to Man" exceeds 10 percent.

The actor commented that it will help to increase the air quality in South Korea. Apart from the "Cheese in Trap" star, "Man to Man" cast member Park Sung Woon will also join the said volunteer project, according to Park Hae Jin.

"Man to Man" airs every Friday and Saturday on JTBC. Watch a clip from the drama's episode 2 below:
