Will Garou be the powerful opponent that takes down Saitama in "One Punch Man" Season 2? While many rumors are speculating that he will be the one who hands the strongest hero his first loss, there are many fans of the manga who are not quite convinced that he has what it takes to be "the one."

Fans of "One Punch Man" manga have discussed the possibility of Garou defeating Saitama but doubt that he is even as strong as Lord Boros, who is set to make a return in "One Punch Man" Season 2. It can be recalled that Saitama defeated Lord Boros,  a powerful opponent in Season 1 and this time around, he is expected to return to get his revenge, but with the aid of reinforcements.

According to the discussions, some of the fans are skeptical about Garou's abilities but many are confident that he will rise to the challenge. Many fans have addressed the question and said that the manga is setting up Garou to be a strong opponent given that he will be pitted against many heroes and will develop his skills. They said that this might culminate in "One Punch Man" Season 2.

Aside from Garou, rumors are rife that "One Punch Man" Season 2  will be an eventful time for Saitama. Aside from Garou and Lord Boros, the hero is expected to go up against the Monster Association, a group of powerful villains and the evil counterparts of the Hero Association. He is also rumored to go up against Amai Mask, Mosquito Girl, Deep Sea King, Vaccine Man, and Beefcake.

Meanwhile, Crunchyroll has reported that JAM Project is preparing or the release of a new image song for "One Punch Man" Season 2. The song will be released via special CD and will come with an audio drama supervised by the original manga creators.
