Talk about commitment! BTS Army's developers are developing a BTS video game that features BTS members Rap Monster, Jin, JHope, Jungkook, Jimin, Suga and V in a futuristic game entitled "To the Edge of the Sky" set in 2077. The game is being developed by Aeon Dream Studios who came out with the concept because of the #ARMYWantsBTSGames initiative that was started in December 2016.

According to Aeon Dream Studios' press release, they developed the fan-made demo for potential BTS ARMY to play. They are making the demo available in the hopes of reaching Big Hit Entertainment for potential licensing and permission to distribute the game, Kpop Viral reported.

They have asked the BTS ARMY for help in reaching BTS' label and hoped that the demo would be released before BTS' Wings Tour US leg. However, the first part of the demo came out after BTS' series of sold out shows.

Aeon Dream Studios explained that the demo only offered a partial cast which includes Jin, Jimin and Rap Monster because it was only done in two weeks' time. They assured that the second part of the demo will be coming soon.

Based on the game's synopsis, the game will take place in the year 2077 and feature characters based on BTS members. Players will become one of Seven, which will be the latest additions to a secret team Phantom Alpha, who operated under a secret government organization called as P.H.A.N.T.A.S.M.

The game will feature team rookie  Zero, and players get to work with BTS members who also have different character traits and abilities based on their K-pop idol personalities. While the game has a post-apocalyptic setting, the game takes inspiration from concepts and themes from BTS albums and MVs which will definitely appeal to members of ARMY.

However, Aeon Dream CEO Ajané J.K. Celestin has said that they will not push through with the game if Big Hit doesn't give their consent. "We want them to be a part of it. We're working on getting in touch with them. We're willing to do all the work, so all we need is their seal of approval," she said in an interview with the Daily Dot
