BIG BANG Leader G-Dragon Stars In Nike Campaign For 2017 World Air Max Day

There is no doubt that BIG BANG leader G-Dragon is recognized as a global superstar and his latest collaboration with Nike's 2017 World Air Max Day has him headlining the major campaign. Nike recently unveiled its "Kiss My Airs" campaign.

In the series of photos, G-Dragon uses his street style in promoting Nike's latest Vapormax line. In one of the photos, he is shown layered up in several Nike jackets, while in another, he is seen looking carefree and looking fierce in Nike gear with Vapormax. There are also some shots of only G-Dragon's nail polished hands holding up the shoes, All K-pop reported.

Along with the release of the campaign, Nike released the latest in the Vapormax line, the Vaparomax Triple Black which boasts of a full-length visible air outsole unit with little to no transparency. It also features a restructured Flyknit along with a murdered-out treatment complete with Anthracite speckling, reported SneakerNews.

G-Dragon was joined in the campaign by international superstars like Neymar, MO, Ruby Rose, English Gardner and Chris Lee along with athletes from New York, Hypebeast reported. It came as no surprise that G-Dragon was tapped for the campaign because of natural style and fashion-forward sensibilities. He also headlines his own clothing and styles brand Peace Minus One.

Recently, G-Dragon was rumored to be dating fellow K-pop artist, Sulli from f(x). Rumors were rife that the two were seeing each other in secret because fans observed that the duo was sporting matching rings in their SNS posts. Fans also concluded that the two were together on a plane on two of their selcas uploaded on social media. The rumors were debunked by both of their management, Koreaboo reported.

G-Dragon is currently busy working on his solo album which will be released later this year. His fellow BIG BANG member Taeyang is also working on his solo album while Daesung has already completed his Japanese mini album entitled "D-Day" which is scheduled for release this April.
