BTS News and Updates: Rap Monster Gives V A Hilarious Lesson In English
In preparation for the US leg of their "The Wings" tour, Rap Monster has been busy teaching his fellow BTS members some English words they can use when communicating with the fans. V has been really eager to learn so he's been practicing with the BTS leader.
In the video, Rap Monster asks V to introduce himself, which he does with a slight accent. Rap Monster urges him to share more so he tries to tell the viewers a bit about himself, reported SBS Pop Asia.
At first, V says he likes looking at movies, which Rap Monsters corrects to "watching" movies. He also says that he likes to listening to music, and shooting music videos. Rap Monster tests him a bit more and asks him questions about his hobbies which initially makes V nervous because Rap Monster can talk really fast.
In Korean, Rap Monster asks V how he would express his love for the fans which responds to with "You're my everything. This is for you," as he hands out a scarf. Amid laughter, Rap Monster teacher V to repeat after him in thanking the roughly four million members of their BTS Army. After teaching him the phrase, he uses it to teach V how to rap in English.
It comes as no surprise that V is a willing student. During his time filming "Hwarang", his co-stars praised him for his positive attitude and willingness to learn. His co-star Do Ji Han even shared that V would go out of his way to see him and have coffee so he could ask questions about acting. V potrayed the role of Hansung in the series, which was his first time to star in a drama, reported Soompi.
The camera later pans to the rest of the BTS where Jin shows how well he can spell by doing a rap with the word pasta and pizza. The rest of the video involved a lot of goofing around by the boys as they proceeded dine on -- pasta and pizza.
