‘Clash Royale’ July Update

"Clash Royale" will receive another major feature in the coming months. With these new features, the popular strategy mobile video game is expected to enable two players that are likely clan mates to fight against two others in an all-out 2 vs. 2 battle royale.

The new "Clash Royale" feature will be called "Clan Battle," wherein the whole stage will be extended up to four tiles to accommodate the two king's towers. According to reports, this suggests that there will be four players and four devices at play all at the same time in the particular mode.

"Clash Royale" will be the same with other regular battles and tournaments, in which every player will have access to 10 elixirs. However, every elixir will replenish 15 percent slower compared to the usual, which is believed to be due to an attempt to prevent flooding of units within the battlefield, including the likelihood of chaos in the game.

Meantime, "Clash Royale" developer has yet to announce the date of availability of the new mode. Incidentally, Supercell is rumored to release four new cards within the next major update. Moreover, there are also speculations that the cards will possibly be released at regular intervals, which is the same with the way the developer had previously released the cards announced in 2016, Droid Report reported.

"Clash Royale" rumored cards, meanwhile, are expected to generate units within the battlefield, giving way to more speculations that these will likely be released. For instance, the Goblin Gun is believed to dispense Goblins at 1.5-second intervals and requires four elixirs for summoning. In addition, the Elite Barbarian Hut is also expected to spawn Barbarians through nine elixirs.

On the other hand, "Clash Royale's" Dragon Card will cost six elixirs and is also reported to be an important update to Baby Dragon card, given its better area damage. Meantime, the Queen Archer has the same traits with the Princess card, although it only costs five elixirs and has a shorter range than the latter, Touch Arcade reported.
