‘Pokemon Go’ Death: A Man Met His Fate After Catching Lapras

You may hear a death due to heart attack, a death due to cancer, but a death due to a Pokemon, that's just creepy. A Singaporean just died due to over-excitement of catching the rarest Pokemon. Yes, the "Pokemon Go" has gotten countless players up off to their comforts. They augmented reality game has also made headlines for the best fitness game ever. But the recent incident adds a horrifying experience for the family.

Unluckily, the pure joy of snatching the exclusive Pokemon transformed into the sorrows for a family. As per the reports coming from AsiaOne, Liang Weiming, 67-year old was a Pokemon fanatic. The player has a level 28 account with a collection of over 200 creatures. Any "Pokemon Go" fan can understand how much efforts you have to put up to reach this much high level. It is a remarkable achievement for any Pokemon player. But all of his achievements are in veil when he caught the rarest Pokemon.

The skilled "Pokemon Go" Player just couldn't handle the happiness of catching the rarest Pokemon, Lapras. The player finally cornered as the rare beast at the Marina Bay Sands resort in Singapore, where he finally caught it. He and his wife are the frequent visitors of the resort as it was a good spot for Pokemon hunting. The couple just had come from a birthday celebration when the incident occurred.

His wife consoled that the excitement of the catch caused him to have a heart attack right at the spot. The player was transported to the nearby hospital where the doctors were unable to save him and the player passed away shortly after arriving. The player previously suffered from heart disease and cardiac arrests for some time. It might possible that the level of excitement would have triggered the deadly event, or Lapras could be the real killer. Just kidding, continue Pokemon hunting! The "Pokemon Go" community even shared their grief to the family.
