'The Flash' Season 2 Cast: Tom Welling To Appear As Superman; Grodd To Appear In Season 2?
The famous CW series "The Flash" season 2 synopsis and spoilers are out in the internet. More characters will be expected to have a comeback on the show included the rumored appearance of Tom Welling as the "Smallville" Superman is at the top-list, as reported on Inquisitr.
Greg Berlanti, executive producer said that there is a possibility that Superman will appear in The Flash Season 2.
Aside from the Superman rumor, fans will be seeing Grodd on "The Flash" season 2 again, the super intelligent and telepathic ape. Although this is a no surprise for the viewers, according to Screen Rant.
From a recent interview with the press, Andrew Kreisberg the executive producer said a relationship between Grodd and Danielle Panabaker's character Caitlin Snow will be expected to develop, "Caitlin plays Fay Wray to Grodd's Kong." He added on Screen Rant.
"I think in season 1 you got to see just a tiny bit of her relationship with Grodd, and you'll get to see a little bit more of that and understand their connection from before." A statement said by Danielle during the session, according to Screen Rant. This will give "The Flash" fans to anticipate more from Grodd.
Back to episode 2, Dr. Harrison Wells was back. Tom Cavanaugh's character has returned to the show. The ex-evil scientist went to Barry's universe through a wormhole from Earth 2 during the episode 3, according to International Business Times.
Next week's episode 4 titled "The Fury of Firestorm" will feature Dr. Stein who is in search for his alter ego Firestorm's partner whom viewers saw him explode into blue flames, according to the synopsis.
Barry and Patty revealed to be a little closer to each other and the meta-human task force new member Joe confessed her feelings to Barry at the end of episode 3. Iris and Barry are keeping their feelings as of now; the Central City's doors will be open for love, in addition to the synopsis reported in International Business Times.
