Lee Min Ho is set to release a new single and album to show his appreciation for loyal fans. Titled "Always," the "Legend of the Blue Sea" actor will perform the said track during his upcoming fan meetings.

After two years, Hallyu star Lee will add another track to his collection of previously released music singles. The South Korean actor will unveil his new single "Always" at two upcoming fan events to be held at Seoul's Kyunghee University on Feb. 18 and Feb. 19.

In a recent announcement released by Lee's agency, as obtained by Yonhap News, MYM Entertainment revealed that the song represented the actor's appreciation for his fans' support for the past 10 years. Considered as the "Heirs" star's special gift to his loyal fans, "Always" also signified Lee's promise to continue delighting his loyal followers in the coming years.

Meanwhile, similar to the actor's earlier singles, many are expecting the Hallyu star's upcoming new track to rank in several music charts. Lee's albums titled "My Everything," as well as "Song For You," both nabbed the top spot on Japan's Oricon Daily Album chart during its release, while the 2015 track "The Day" landed a spot on Oricon's Daily Single chart.

However, Lee's upcoming single "Always" might also serve as the actor's last song prior his impending two-year mandatory military service. The "Legend of the Blue Sea" star is expected to enlist sometime this year.

Recently, MYM Entertainment clarified speculations that South Korean actor will be starting his military service either in March or April. The entertainment firm stated that Lee has yet to receive information about his official enlistment including the date that he will enter the military, Soompi reported.

Moreover, the actor will not be given an active soldier role. Given his earlier car accident where metal screws were inserted in his leg, Lee will instead complete his mandatory service as a public service officer.
