‘GTA 6’ Release Date, News & Update: Game Arriving In 2020 As Rockstar Focuses On ‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ More Details Revealed
Several gamers around the globe are waiting for the release of the "GTA 6" game. Now, new reports are claiming that the much-awaited title is going to arrive in 2020.
Tech Radar reported that the "GTA 6" game is going to arrive in four years from now. The news outlet has stated that Rockstar Games is currently focusing more in the upcoming "Red Dead Redemption 2," which is set to be released in Fall 2017.
Players are encouraged to extend their patience as they will have to wait a little longer for the upcoming "GTA 6" game. Tech Radar has also divulged that the "GTA Online," which is a multiplayer component of the "GTA 5" game, could possibly be among the reasons why the next "Grand Theft Auto" game will have to take more time.
Moreover, the tech news outlet has also speculated that gamers have to wait longer for the "GTA 6" game should "Red Dead Redemption 2" have the same component like the "GTA Online." Tech Radar added this will give Rockstar Games more work that could take up to three years, which is why the "GTA 5" successor is predicted to come in 2020.
Though no concrete details about the upcoming game have been announced until now, Rockstar Games President Leslie Benzies had already confirmed that "GTA 6" is totally coming to town. In an interview with Develop Magazine, the exec has divulged that the game is happening but she does not have any idea as to how will it end up.
"We don't know what GTA 6 will be, but we've got some ideas," Leslie Benzies has claimed, as reported by Cinema Blend. "The map and story get worked up together, and the story is a basic flow of how it works out so you can layer the mission in, the Rockstar Games exec added on.
