Nam Joo Hyuk Reveals He’s Ready To Fall In Love
Actor Nam Joo Hyuk announced he's opened the door to his heart as he revealed he's now ready to fall in love again.
The actor from the recently concluded TV series "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" revealed he's longing for a girlfriend and a romantic relationship he can count on.
The 22-year-old model-actor talked about love during a magazine interview with Woman Sense for next month's edition.
"I'm not the bad boy type," Soompi quoted Nam Joo Hyuk as saying. "I'm really shy and I find it hard to express my emotions. But when I fall in love, I go all-in, almost to the extent of being too much."
He added, "I'm ready to fall in love with a girl who will be my source of strength as I continue my promotions as an actor. I am waiting for that kind of relationship where we can depend on each other."
The actor also revealed during a previous sit-down with reporters that his ideal type is someone like the drama character Bok Joo.
"I thought it might be nice to have someone who works and exercises alongside you and gives you strength along the way," said Nam Joo Hyuk, according to Soompi.
He described himself as someone who tends to fall in love for a long time. He shared how he had a one-sided crush while in third grade until they started dating in the sixth grade. He said he did not stop thinking about her even until they reached eighth grade. He also admitted that he regularly asks about her until he was 20 years old.
Nam Joo Hyuk also confessed that he's had a crush on actresses Park Soo Jin and Yoon Seung Ah since he was young. It hurt him so much when they finally became married that he realized now how dating publicly would hurt his fans.
