Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo is a South Korean drama derived from the Chinese novel Bu Bu Jing Xin which is written by Tong Hua. The story is set up in the early Goryeo dynasty. Hae Soo (IU), a 25 year old girl from modern time got transported back in time during the Goryeo dynasty and got trapped in the problems, conflicts and struggles between princes of Wang's House. For the fight of the throne, Love, rivalry, politics, and friendships ensue among the Wang family princes.

On the other hand, Actress Park Ji Young has previously praised her fellow cast members, EXO's Baekhyun and IU for their acting skills in the Korean drama series.

Baekhyun is surely a man of many talents as he had released an OST with his fellow EXO members Chen and Xiumin entitled "For You". Moreover, the Korean pop group I.O.I had also sung a soundtrack entitled "I Love You, I Remember You" for Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo.
