‘Assassin’s Creed' Movie Production Has Begun; Set Photos Leaked!
The "Assassin's Creed" movie production has finally begun to move forward since its initial teases a few months ago. A first sneak peak image of the set has finally been released to the public.
The "Assassin's Creed" movie is one of the most anticipated movies to see since the production promises the fans it will be loyal to the franchise. The production has finally started to move forward and the first on-set image is spreading like wildfire all over the internet.
The image was tweeted by Azaizia Aymar, who is head of content for the franchise at Ubisoft. The image shows clearly the Abstergo Industries logo that most fans know, according to Gamespot.
"Walking for the very first time inside of Abstergo was an amazing experience," says Azaizia Aymar on his tweet.
Justin Kurzel will direct Ubisoft's most promising game movie. Director Kurzel was from the same creative dream team of this year's most awarded "Macbeth." This also reunites some members of that dream team who are Marion Cotillard and Michael Fassbender.
Michael Fassbender will be taking the lead role of the "Assassin's Creed" movie as Callum Lynch. Lynch is a character who is not connected to the video game series, but he has the same powers to revisit memories of his ancestors through the Animus device that 'Assassin's Creed' fans are familiar with, states a report by Den of Geek!.
It also seems Brendan Gleeson and Jeremy Irons will join the cast for the movie, according to We Got This Covered.
"We have a huge brand and we want to make a make a film with references to feature films like 'Batman Begins' and 'Blade Runner'," says Jean-Julien Baronnet, CEO of Ubisoft Motion Pictures. "He was promised that he could work with the writers, we would associate it with all key creative choices."
"Assassin's Creed" movie production is still in its early stages and will update fans with more information soon.
