Xperia Z5 Premium Gets More Affordable; Sony Devices To Receive Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update on March
Sony had wonderful news updates for users of Xperia Z5 and other Xperia Premium series. In just few weeks, Android 6.0 Marshmallow update will hit the more affordable Sony smartphone devices.
In a report, Sony is believed to be facing a lot of pricing issues especially with its latest Xperia Z line which includes the Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact and Z5 Premium. All three phone have almost the same specifications which brought them to limelight last year and ever earlier this year. Though, everyone knows that Sony's phone stood out from the rest of the smartphone devices, they have to dropped the prices of their devices to at least keep up with other smartphone manufacturers.
Sony is among the smartphone maker who already promised to its market that they will deliver the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update soonest. And guess they don't break promises as reported that the famous manufacturer is reported to be releasing on March 7 the latest Android operating system.
The date has been confirmed as the official Twitter page of Sony Xperia revealed it to an impatient customer asking for any updates about it. The tweet says it will be available on March 7 for Xperia Z5 series, Z4 tablet and Z3+.
According to a report earlier, Android Marshmallow would reach devices such as Sony Xperia Z3, Sony Xperia Z3+, Sony Xperia M5, Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Sony Xperia Z3 Compact,Sony Xperia Z2, Sony Z2 Tablet,Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, Sony Xperia C4, Sony Xperia C5 Ultra.
Aside from this, Sony is reported to be releasing a new part of Xperia Z line which is the Sony Xperia Z6 as part of the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium devices which are believed to be expected during the Mobile World Congress however, Sony only revealed its Bluetooth headset, The Xperia Ear and the new Xperia X.
