‘Pitch Perfect 3’ Release Date, Cast, Rumors: Rebel Wilson Confirms Production Date; Big Stars Cameo & Wedding Not Happening?
“Pitch Perfect 3” release date is not scheduled until 2017 but according to one of its lead star Rebel Wilson, the third installment of the franchise will be filming soon.
Parade Magazine wrote that in an interview with the Australian actress, Wilson confirmed that the film will star production in mid-2016. The “Bridesmaid” star was reportedly amazed by how the musical theater plot of “Pitch Perfect” became a huge success all over the world.

Besides Wilson, Anna Kendrick, and Brittany Snow are returning to reprise their roles as Becca and Chloe respectively, Pop Sugar reported. Elizabeth Banks was also reported to return not as Gail but as the producer and director of the movie.

“Pitch Perfect 3” release date is something fans are really looking forward to especially after rumors that Wilson’s Fat Amy will be tying the knot, Ecumenical News wrote. Bumper, played by Adam Devine, was reported to confirm his return to the movie during a People’s Choice Awards interview. With this announcement and the reported plot that most of the characters will be doing a post-college life, fans began speculating that the two might just get married.
Hailee Steinfeld, who played newcomer Emily in “Pitch Perfect 2,” is also reported to return. As she is now reportedly part of the BFF Squad Taylor Swift created, rumors are also circulating that the country singer may just make a cameo.
Though none of these rumors have been affirmed, “Pitch Perfect 3” release date is definitely happening on Aug. 4, 2017.
