Rupert Grint recently appeared in the annual "Harry Potter" celebration in Florida last week and dropped a relationship bomb about Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. The actor, who grew up on the film set with Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, shared where he thinks their characters would be at this point in time.

"I would expect Ron has probably divorced Hermione already," he laughed, speaking at a press conference during a "Harry Potter" event at Universal Studios Orlando.

"I don't think that relationship would have done very well," he added of the fictional marriage. "He's living on his own, in a little one-bedroom apartment. He hasn't got a job."

"What?!" protested Evanna Lynch, who played the eccentric role of Luna Lovegood. "Don't say divorced. Say they've split up. They can reconcile."

Meanwhile, the other "Harry Potter" actors, Bonnie Wright, Katie Leung and Matt Lewis jumped at the thought of choosing between Ron and Hermione over the divorce (and they all chose Ron).

"I think Ron would need more help. Hermione would handle herself better," Lynch said.

Asked whether or not they would be willing to do another film franchise like "Harry Potter," Rupert Grint had this to say: "I don't know. I don't think it's put me off."

"There's pros and cons. Harry Potter could be at times quite suffocating. It did take up our whole lives. So yeah, I suppose there would be a tiny bit of reluctance," Rupert Grint added of the years he, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson spent filming the mega-blockbuster film saga.

Meanwhile, Grint's "Harry Potter" co-stars, Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson were nowhere to be seen during the event. Radcliffe has been busy promoting his film, "Swiss Army Man," which prompted a major audience walk-out at the Sundance Film Festival last week.

Meanwhile, Emma Watson is getting more and more involved with the United Nations #HeForShe campaign and her movie, "Regression."
