The Walking Dead Spoilers: Daryl Dixon Promises A Huge Fight With Negan In Season 6; Jeffrey Dean Morgan Calls Character A 'Game Changer'

"The Walking Dead" season 6 is only a week away from its official premiere date and the series spoilers are seemingly getting more intense. A recent hint suggested that Norman Reedus' character Daryl Dixon, who has been speculated to die in the next episode, will be in a huge fight with Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

"There's going to be a fight. I won't tell you who, when and where, but I can promise you a fight. All of us are about to clash with that motherfucker. There's a lot of turmoil in the second half of Season 6." Reedus dished out, as quoted in Comicbook.

While Reedus did not drop a name, fans are throwing their guesses to Negan, the bad guy leader of the Saviors, a group of antagonistic survivors who take zombies as their base. 

Pulling up more thrill among the fans before "The Walking Dead" season 6 finally takes place, Reedus and some of the cast have also hinted that the second half of the season is definitely going to shake things up with this new villain.

Negan's group steals from other communities in order to keep themselves protected from the walkers, though this seems to be the case since he first came into view as an enemy against Rick, played by Andrew Lincoln, one of the showrunners Scott Gimple dropped his warning that Negan is more than just that.

"Negan is the darkest incarnation of a bully," said Gimple. "He's a very magnetic character and he is not just a sociopath. He is the star of his own movie."

Besides dropping hints about Negan, the death of certain characters in the series has continued to make rounds in the headlines, with most of the spoilers hinting about Daryl Dixon's possible death.

The speculations added that Daryl Dixon is not the only character to die in the succeeding episodes as some of the well-embraced characters - including Carl Grimes, is also rumored to be in great danger in Negan's hands.

Fuelling up the excitement, it was also previously hinted that Negan is not the biggest threat to appear in second half season. "The Walking Dead" season 6 mid season premiere airs on February 14, Sunday on AMC.
