'Steven Universe' Season 2 Episode 30 Spoilers Tease The Return Of Lapis?

The latest spoilers for the upcoming episode 30 of "Steven Universe" season 2 tease the return of the lead character, Lapis.

Apparently, Lapis will finally return from the gem planet, Homeworld user Grabber Girl from Steven Universe Wikia claimed. It is also rumored that Lapis will be shown angry in the upcoming episode 30.

Further, users from Steven Wikia claimed that Lapis is angry for being imprisoned in the mirror world for around 5000 years. 

Or it could also be due to her hatred for Peridot and the suffering caused by her.

"My theory is that it's possible that Lapis and Peridot has a bad connection with each other in the past," user CookieFoxGirl claimed from Steven Wikia Discussion Forum. "It is possible that she's still upset with Peridot by the events of Jail Break of being her prisoner and dragging her to earth. Peridot might forgive Lapis of the events of Jail Break."

Moreover, the spoilers also tease the possibility that Lapis might return as a violent character owing to her emotionally challenging past.

"Being isolated for thousands of years may not excuse it, but can you blame her?" Said user Kevin125 from the Steven Universe Wikia. 

"No, you can't blame her, I mean she was a prisoner for thousands of years after all," agreed user Grabber from the Wikia discussion forum.

Besides, some possible spoilers also suggest that Lapis will turn into a sympathetic villain in the upcoming episode 30 of "Steven Universe" season 2. 

There are rumors that Lapis will attack Garnet, Pearl and Amethyst when she encounters them in the upcoming episode of the cartoon series.

"Steven could stop her from doing that," claimed user BigfanofSU from Steven Wikia. "He stopped her from attacking Peridot."

Meanwhile, it is also rumored that the upcoming episodes will feature Steven's adventure to find his sentient watermelons, which first appeared in the season 1 of the television show.

While, in the first half of episode 30, Steven will be shown trying to find out the whereabouts of his baby watermelons, the next half is rumored to feature the return of the "Watermelon Stevens," as seen in Reddit Forum.

Also, the spoilers for the new episode 30 will feature the drastic changes in the behavior of the sensitive watermelons, which were punished by Steven for the Baby Melon's sacrifice in season 1.

The release date for the episode 30 of "Steven Universe" season 2, titled as "Super Watermelon Island" is yet to be declared as the show is currently on hiatus.
