Frozen 2' Plot Rumors: Anna's Power Is Summer? FIlm Director Admit They Have To Work On A Lot Of Things

After "Frozen" became a worldwide craze in 2013, it came to no surprise that a movie sequel is bound to happen. Fans around the globe were excited when they heard that Elsa and Anna's story will continue in "Frozen 2." Plot theories soon emerged as the sequel was first announced.

Disney seems brewing up something big for the continuing story of the Queen and Princess of Arendelle, Elsa and Anna. The 2013 film was undeniably one of the highest-grossing animated movies of all time raking in a total of $1.3 billion in the box office worldwide. The massive success of the film puts a lot of pressure to the producers to deliver the upcoming "Frozen 2."

One of the rumored plots of "Frozen 2" is the discovery of Anna's superpowers, according to Crossmap.

"The theory of Princess Anna's super powers; since Anna and Elsa are sisters, it is not impossible for Anna to have super powers as well, some theories are saying that since Elsa's powers is winter, the power of Anna will be summer or fall," the entertainment news outlet said.

As for the film's most endearing snowman, Olaf, fans hope that he too will have his own share of love story, according to Movie News Guide.

A female villain is predicted to arrive in "Frozen 2" that will also have a superpower to counter Queen Elsa's ice power.

Along with the rumored plot of the film, film director Chris Buck teased that they already have an idea on where they would like to take the story in the upcoming film. He said in an interview  that the most essential thing is, he and his team now knows where the team is heading although admitted that they have still to work on a lot of things.

All of these plot theories are helping in the production of the upcoming "Frozen 2," which is still likely to focus on Anna and Elsa's reign as the heiress of Arendelle. The film is most likely to have a release date not earlier than 2018.
