Nikki Reed Haunted By 'Damon & Elena' Trending; 'Twilight' Actress Still Can't Move On From Ian Somerhalder And Nina Dobrev's Past?

It has been a while since Nina Dobrev left "The Vampire Diaries," but it seems that many fans still can't get over her chemistry with Ian Somerhalder. And apparently, Nikki Reed isn't very happy about it.

According to a report, Nikki Reed may have been furious over fans shipping Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev's characters in "The Vampire Diaries."

"On January 21 Vampire Diaries fans flooded Twitter with memes, quotes, and old photos of Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder with the hashtag 'We Miss Damon and Elena,'" Celeb Dirty Laundry reported.

"Nikki Reed has been a hot mess since marrying Ian Somerhalder, and although Nina Dobrev has moved on from Ian and The Vampire Diaries - Nikki is obviously concerned that she could lose her husband to the former CW actress," CDL continued.

"And, her insecurities have driven a major wedge between herself and Ian, so much so that there have been whisperings of a divorce for months."

Rumors that Nikki Reed could still be jealous of Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev previously sparked last year, when the newlyweds failed to attend the Teen Choice Awards, as earlier reported by CDL.

The purported reason? One of the Teen Choice Awards' highlights each year is having the Choice TV: Liplock winners kiss on stage.

Was Nikki Reed still jealous of Nina Dobrev or did Ian simply didn't attend the awarding ceremony so as not to make a big deal out of the Choice TV: Liplock award?

Possibly to make things less awkward, the producers of the show decided to announce the Choice TV: Liplock award of "The Vampire Diaries" former co-stars along with Nina Dobrev's Choice TV actress award.

Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony in April 2015, almost two years after the actor and Nina Dobrev called it quits.
