Quantico Season 1 Spoilers: Elias Confirmed As Terrorist; Series Returns On Time Jump
The latest details for season 1 might disappoint fans when "Quantico" returns as spoilers revealed that episode 12 will start three months after the Time Square explosion.
Episode 12 won't pick up the story right after the bombing.
As per TVLine, executive producer Joshua Safran said that "there will be a significant time jump in the future segment."
Safran also dished out that among the 32 dead from the explosion, further episodes of the series will reveal some of the characters who died.
According to "Quantico" season 1 spoilers, the upcoming return episode will take place right from the show's winter premiere.
He added that "Quantico" season 1 episode 12 won't answer the question on what happened after the explosion. However, some details will be revealed slowly as the show progresses, Design and Trend reported.
While Elias may have died in the show's last episode, spoilers finally proved that he is in fact a terrorist. But there is no confirmation yet about his allegiance to Caleb and the still unknown terrorist group, according to Heavy.
"Elias definitely is a terrorist, but whether he is a pawn of a larger mastermind or whether he acted alone is going to form sort of an arc of episodes moving forward," Safran told TVLine in a recent intervie.
"But he still did enact at least part of a plan - if not the plan that ended up killing many, many people. So you have definitely learned the identity of a terrorist."
He added, "The question of whether he's the only one remains to be seen, and it comes down to whether you believe what Elias was saying in the hotel room as the truth, or if you believe it was purely him biding time to get everybody in place in the emergency command center."
The three new NATs that will appear on "Quantico" season 1 episode 12 is a class ahead of Alex. Also, fans will see Ryan and Hannah go undercover.
"Quantico" season 1 returns on March 6. Stay tuned for more spoilers and news.
