Meg Ryan 2016 News: Actress Dating Russell Crowe Again? Details Released As Surgery Rumors Denied!
Meg Ryan's 2016 seems to be turning out for the better as dating rumors involving her and another A-list actor started cropping up. The actress, who reportedly broke up with John Mellencamp in 2015, has now allegedly moved on with actor Russell Crowe.
On top of that, Meg Ryan is reportedly denying (or at least swearing off) plastic surgery.
According to a National Enquirer report, as mentioned in Gossip Cop, Meg Ryan has allegedly sought comfort from Russell Crowe after her break-up with musician, John Mellencamp in 2015. Ryan and Crowe reunited on the set of "Proof of Life" in 2000.
The "Sleepless in Seattle" star allegedly had an affair with Crowe that year, leading to her divorce with actor and husband for 10 years, Dennis Quaid. Now, the Meg Ryan has reportedly "run back" to the "Gladiator" actor.
"Russell is looking better to Meg these days, especially with John running around with Christie Brinkley," a source alleged.
Speaking of "looking better," Meg Ryan recently opened up about her personal struggles with aging in Hollywood. According to the 54-year-old actress, she has come to realize there are "more important conversations" that should be brought into focus in the industry, than just an aging actress' physical appearance.
"We get stuck in these conversations about looks and hair color and our roots," Meg Ryan said in an interview with Porter Magazine. "It's interesting and funny for five minutes, but it's not that interesting."
This following speculations of an alleged "botched plastic surgery" were directed at Meg Ryan last year.
"I don't pay a lot of attention frankly," Meg Ryan said of plastic surgery rumors and other things writtern about her in the media. "There's a lot of hatred in the world today, it's so easy to judge."
"I love my age," the actress said. "I love my life right now. I love what I know about. I love the person I've become, the one I've evolved into. In my life I've been scrappy as hell, but I feel easy with things now. I think that comes with age."
