Jennifer Lopez's 'Unprocessed Diet' Vs Mariah Carey's 'Purple Diet': Which Age-Defying Program Works Best?

Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey are two of the most admired celebrities in their age bracket.
There is no doubt that age is just a number for Lopez, 46, and Carey, 45, when it comes to showing fans what they've got.
Both divas have been able to maintain their popularity and good looks throughout the years. But whose weight loss diet secret remains supreme?
According to a report, Jennifer Lopez prefers a diet of organic, unprocessed food to keep her body in tip-top shape.
"I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she's doing," Lopez' trainer Tracy Anderson reportedly told People. "It's all organic and it's all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food."
"Everything is fresh," the trainer added. "There's nothing processed - just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day."
Mariah Carey, on the other hand, has been known to employ the 'purple diet' for weight loss.
"The purple diet, which advocates eating only lilac foods, is the hottest foodie trend in the U.S and is making its way to British shores in time for summer," Daily Mail previously reported.
"And it really is as simple as it sounds; you can eat as much purple-coloured food - such as purple potatoes, lilac cauliflower and magenta carrots - as you wish."
Carey has recently made headlines when she appeared at an event with a noticeably slimmer physique.
"Mariah Carey looked like a goddess at the 2016 UNICEF Ball Jan. 12, where she showcased her 45-pound weight loss," Examiner.com reported.
"Mariah wore a glamorous strapless gown with a plunging neckline that spotlighted her newly slender body."
Some people believe that the "My Love Don't Cost A Thing" singer and the "Fantasy" songstress have always had a silent war rooting from their professional competition, as previously reported by Page Six.
Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey's camps have always kept mum over rumors about a purported age-old feud.
