Taylor Swift and boyfriend Calvin Harris were interrupted by a young male fan when they were out for a romantic dinner date on Tuesday. The couple were dining at the Giorgio Baldi Italian restaurant in Santa Monica, California when the incident happened.

The couple seemed to have ordered their first drink when a young fan named Ricky Selby, who asked the couple for a snap, joined the fun.

The Instagram picture shared by Ricky showed him seated next to the pair. He was casually checking the menu while Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris looked into the camera. The post even had an amusing caption, "Awesome dinner with mom and dad."

The caption came with a knife and fork emoticons. Later he posted, "She is sooo nice," talking about the "Bad Blood" singer.

Mail Online noted that Taylor Swift donned a backless velvet skater dress with strapped silver stilettos. She wore a beaded silver headband and flashed her trademark red lipstick. Boyfriend Calvin Harris, meanwhile, looked handsome in casual grey sweater and a pair of jeans.

The Tuesday night date came amid reports speculating that Calvin Harris is all set to propose to Taylor Swift soon. Close friends of the Scottish DJ shared inside information on his alleged romantic plans.
