Johnny Depp Admits Wife Amber Heard Is Having A 'Hard' Time; Ex Vanessa Paradis Still The Reason?
While the speculations about the two being headed for a divorce may be over for now, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are again making rounds in the headlines as of late after the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor admitted that things have not been that easy for Heard being his wife.
During the Palm Springs International Film Festival, the 52-year-old actor proudly thanked Amber Heard for still sticking around no matter how hard things have been for her.
"I also have to thank my wife Amber for putting up with me, for living with all these characters, which can't be easy. It's hard for me, it's got to be hard for her." said Depp, as quoted in Daily Mail Online.
While it could mean that Depp was only referring to his different characters in the movies, some have speculated that his statement, saying "it's got to be hard for her" meant something more than just that.
This fuelled earlier rumors about Heard claiming that she has been acting jealous and bothered by her husband's ex-wife Vanessa Paradis, whom Depp shared a history with for 14 years.
Rumor has it that Heard is not comfortable reading news about his husband and Vanessa Paradis, adding she has been worried about the possibility that the former flames may rekindle their past romance.
However, none of the rumors have been confirmed and their marriage seems to have gotten even stronger. It was said that the couple has been frequently caught stepping out together, with Heard being in full support for her husband's latest projects on the row.
In fact, Amber Heard was seen supporting her man during the recent Stella McCartney event wherein Depp was joined by the Hollywood vampire groups including Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Marilyn Manson, Mirror reported.
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard dated in 2012 and had officially tied the knot in February last year in a private ceremony held at their home in Los Angeles.
