Earlier this year, the members of Girls' Generation have been mentioning a complete comeback via a multitude of events.
In particular, previously in May, SM Entertainment revealed that the K-Pop girl group will release a new album. The SNSD will return this August to celebrate their 15th debut anniversary. The upcoming album will conclude their five-year hiatus since their sixth studio album entitled "Holiday Night" in 2017.
But since then, no updates have been dropped for SNSD's comeback. It has been two months since SM Entertainment gave an update on Girls' Generation's comeback. Fans are worried as July is coming to a close and August 5 is the K-Pop group's 15th debut anniversary.

Notably, when K-Pop groups are about to make a comeback, pre-orders start a month before their release. But SM Entertainment has not even announced the start of pre-orders for Girls' Generation's upcoming album.
Due to this, SONEs voiced their concerns on social media. Thus, "#SMTREATSNSDBETTER" and "SM, WHERE'S SNSD'S TEASER?" has not trended online. Fans have been collectively demanding SM Entertainment show more respect towards the K-Pop girl group.
Girls' Generation is arguably one of the most legendary K-Pop groups in the industry and fans are confused why no updates have been given regarding their return. As of writing this article, SM Entertainment has still not released a statement.
