Nintendo Reveals Next Big Game, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Alongside Starters!

Are you ready for Nintendo's next big Pokémon game?

From last year up until 2022, Nintendo has been busy with amazing releases on all their platforms, specifically Pokémon. In November of 2021, Nintendo released Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, remakes of the Nintendo DS games.

Following that was Nintendo's most recent release with "Pokémon Legends: Arceus." Its latest open-world game is set in the ancient Sinnoh region, called Hisui at the time, in January of this year. Now it seems like Nintendo is once again gearing up to release another Pokémon game.

Just recently, Nintendo has gone on to announce its next generation of Pokémon games in its Pokémon Presents presentation event. Notably, the new games are "Pokémon Scarlet" and "Pokémon Violet," both of which are scheduled to drop in late 2022.

At the end of Nintendo's Pokémon Presents presentation event, the company revealed a fast preview of "Pokémon Scarlet" and "Pokémon Violet." The new games have a meld of lively city areas and beautiful pastures with a lot of Pokémon.

To put the cherry on top of Nintendo's Pokémon Presents presentation event was that the three new Pokémon starters, a grass-type kitten, a fire-type smol alligator, and the water-type duck with a fun hat, were revealed, making fans of the game very excited.

An announcement trailer was then uploaded on YouTube and the description of Nintendo's "Pokémon Scarlet" and "Pokémon Violet" note the upcoming games as open-world, exciting fans to the fresh continuation of the beloved game.
