Notably, Dispatch has an annual tradition where they reveal two top celebrities who have been dating in secret as their new year's couple revelation. For this year, Dispatch's New Year's Couple for 2022 is none other than T-ARA's very own Hyomin and Soccer Star Hwang Ui Jo.
As per Dispatch, T-ARA's Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo have been having a long-distance relationship for three months. Dispatch saw the celebrity couple together at the end of 2021 in Switzerland in front of a luxury hotel in the city of Basel.
T-ARA's Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo were able to have time together as the soccer star was on break, as the French Ligue 1 (a French professional league for men's association football clubs) had a two-week break.
Both T-ARA's Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo have had each other's backs, most especially Hwang Ui Jo as he has undergone a hamstring injury in October. This makes them a very sweet pairing for Dispatch's New Year's couple for 2022.

Notably, Hwang Ui Jo's recovery time was in sync with T-ARA Hyomin's solo album preparation. T-ARA's Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo officially started dating in November of 2021.
