HYBE To Take Legal Actions Against Netizens Who Are Harassing BTS, TXT, SEVENTEEN, NU’EST, & ENHYPEN!
Previously, BTS's V told fans that he would sue a YouTuber that was spreading malicious rumors regarding K-pop artists. Just recently, V's label, HYBE, alongside its subsidiaries, PLEDIS Entertainment and BELIFT LAB, also plan on taking legal actions.

As of writing this article, today on the 30th of December, HYBE and its subsidiaries made announcements on malicious attacks on their artists, BTS, TXT, ENHYPEN, SEVENTEEN, and NU'EST. The agencies have all noted that they would be taking legal actions towards the issue.
BIGHIT MUSIC announced that their company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism via weverse.
Furthermore, HYBE's subsidiaries have noted that they will take action against malicious commenters made on any social media platforms.
"We have recently filed additional criminal complaints using new information provided by fans as well as collected through our monitoring initiatives. Our company initiates strong legal action against personal attacks and the spread of groundless information. We are taking every action possible, civil, or criminal, especially against YouTube and DC Inside accounts who repeatedly engage in such activities," BIGHIT MUSIC notes.
Although a plethora of netizens believe that there is nothing wrong with what they did due to them being anonymous online, entertainment labels have the ability to track them down via data collection.
Additionally, civil suits are now being filed against previously convicted of charges. HYBE notably spoke about BTS, expressing that a recent ruling was finalized where they ordered ₩9.00 million KRW (approximately $7,570 USD) in terms of damages.
HYBE's subsidiaries have also asked the fans to continue reporting cases of malicious content regarding their artists!
