YG Entertainment Announces COVID-19 Test Results Of BLACKPINK Members +Updates On Lisa's Status!

As of writing this article, yesterday on November 24, it was announced that BLACKPINK's Lisa has gone on to test positive for COVID-19. 

Soon after the release of the report, fans were immediately caught off guard by the severity of the news.

Following this, the other members of BLACKPINK were then immediately required to take tests to see if they were positive with the COVID-19 virus as well. Just recently, YG Entertainment has gone on to reveal that BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Rosé, and Jennie have gone on to test negative.

YG Entertainment's full statement, which was released on November 25, is as follows:

"Following their Real Time RT-PCR tests, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Rosé, and Jennie have received negative confirmed results.

Lisa was informed of her confirmed diagnosis on November 24 ahead of plans to film video content. Lisa's health is in good state, and she did not exhibit any special symptoms.

All four members of BLACKPINK have been completely vaccinated for COVID-19, and the company and our artists have been paying special attention to our health and safety through regular pre-emptive tests.

We wish Lisa a quick recovery, and we will continue to earnestly cooperate with the health authorities' epidemiological investigations and take all possible measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19."

BLINKs, the fandom name of BLACKPINK, are happy to hear that the other three members of the K-pop girl group have been confirmed to be okay. This follows right after the reports that the members of BLACKPINK are gearing up for a comeback.
