Rumors Dismissed! Jang Wonyoung Confirmed As Third Member Of Starship Entertainment’s IVE!
IVE will be Starship Entertainment's first K-pop group in a long time since debuting CRAVITY in April of 2020 and their first K-pop girl group since WJSN (also known as Cosmic Girls) in February of 2016.
Thus, the 1st of November was a special day for Starship Entertainment as the label made the official social media accounts of IVE, their new girl group, public. Adding to this, the label also revealed a logo animation for IVE which was uploaded to YouTube.
Multiple rumors regarding the members of the girl group have been rising and it is believed that the members will have amazing visuals and are also talented both in vocals and in dancing.
Other rumors have surfaced such as former members of IZ*ONE, Jang Wonyoung and Ahn Yujin, are supposedly making their debut with IVE and Lami, a former SM Entertainment trainee, will get to debut with the former IZ*ONE members.
To the delight of netizens and fans, former IZ*ONE member An Yujin is the first member confirmed to be in IVE, Starship Entertainment's highly-anticipated girl group!
On the 2nd of November, Starship Entertainment's IVE confirmed An Yujin as the girl group's first member by uploading her official profile photos on both their new social media accounts on Twitter and Instagram.
After that, a second member, under the name Gaeul (Kim Ga-eul), has been confirmed for Starship Entertainment's IVE and fans are impressed by her visuals and rapping skills as the agency uploaded her photos on IVE's official social media accounts.
Just recently, the third member of IVE has been announced and all rumors can now be put to rest regarding the two former IZ*ONE members as Jang Wonyoung will be debuting beside Yujin and Gaeul! Check out Wonyoung's debut photos here!
