One of the most iconic K-pop girl groups to ever hit the stage, Wonder Girls made their debut under JYP Entertainment in 2007. Since their debut, there have been members who left due to personal reasons.

But the last four members of Wonder Girls before they disbanded in 2017 were Yubin, Yeeun, Hyelim, and Sunmi. Although all of them have been close with JYP Entertainment's J.Y. Park, it was recently seen in a previous post how close Sunmi is with the JYP Entertainment founder.

Sunmi has known J.Y. Park since her childhood, making them more than just fellow artists, but life-long friends. Their closeness knows no bounds as Sunmi even appeared on J.Y. Park's show, "JYP Party People," to promote "GASHINA," Sunmi's first single since leaving JYP Entertainment

Notably, J.Y. Park has always maintained a close bond or a certain level of respect with almost all of the artists who have left his agency. This is healthy as the former JYP Entertainment CEO holds no hard feelings when an artist decides to part ways with JYP Entertainment.

One such example is the interaction between J.Y. Park and Sunmi in a previous musical release.

Following this, the former Wonder Girls member showed her support towards J.Y. Park with his 2019 comeback but she did it in a wholesome yet hilarious way, which got fans and netizens cracking up.

To promote J.Y. Park's then-latest comeback with "FEVER," Sunmi posted a photo of the JYP Entertainment founder on her personal Instagram account. Jokingly, Sunmi commented on her own upload, noting that she did not mean to scare her followers.

Enjoying her sense of humor, Sunmi's fans took this as a joke and hilariously rode along.
