‘Welcome To Waikiki’ Star Jung In Sun To Lead New SBS Drama ‘I’ll Be Your Night’

SBS is set to air a new romantic-comedy K-drama starring "Welcome To Waikiki" actress Jung In Sun. Read through the article to learn more.

On August 20, various reports from Korean news sites confirmed that actress Jung In Sun was cast to lead the upcoming SBS drama "I'll Be Your Night." 

The "Terius Behind Me" actress will be taking on the role of In Yun Joo who is a character with a warm heart. Jung In Sun's In Yun Joo is blessed with excellent speaking skills and she uses her natural talkativeness on her job as a tour guide.

In Yun Joo dreams to own her own house and while working hard to reach her goal, he stumbled upon a job that would change her life. She crosses paths with the idol group "LUNA" after a series of unfortunate events lead her to get a job as a "fake" doctor. 

Directed by Ahn Ji Sook, the story of "I'll Be Your Night" will revolve around the sweet romance that develops between a K-Pop world star and his group's "fake" doctor. It will be written by Shin Seo Ha. "I'll Be Your Night" is expected to air at the end of the year.

Meanwhile, actress Jung In Sun breakout role is playing Han Yoon Ah for the 2018 drama "Welcome To Waikiki" alongside Kim Jung Hyun, Lee Yi Kyung, Son Seung Won, Go Won Hee, and Lee Joo Woo. Jung In Sun also starred in various dramas including "How to be Thirty," "Psychopath Diary," and "Terius Behind Me."

Jung In Sun also received love calls from other projects aside from leading the upcoming drama "I'll Be Your Night." The actress was previously in talks to star in Netflix's upcoming K-drama series "DP" and "Moral Sense."
