Are you a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe? How about the decorated South Korean actor Park Seo Joon? Then perhaps you are part of the majority who are immensely excited for the possible union between the two.

As of writing this article today, on the 15th of June, 2021, insiders from the film industry shared that South Korean actor Park Seo Joon is going to star in the sequel to "Captain Marvel," "The Marvels."

As per the reports, Park Seo Joon is heading to the west (the United States) to begin filming for the MCU's "The Marvels." This is reportedly going to happen at the start of the second half of 2021.

This is also mostly going to happen after Park Seo Joon finishes shooting for his upcoming film, "Concrete Utopia."

As per Park Seo Joon's agency, Awesome.ENT, they have not confirmed the allegations regarding Park Seo Joon's role in the upcoming MCU movie with Brie Larson. As of writing this article, Awesome.ENT has only responded with the comment: "No comment."

Although not yet set in stone, if Park Seo Joon is going to star in MCU's "The Marvels," the actor is going to be the only the 2nd South Korean actor to star in an MCU film following "Train To Busan" actor, Ma Dong Seok in MCU's "Eternals."

This shows that ongoing collaboration between western and eastern film industries will start getting normalized. This is something fans of both industries are surely open and excited to see more of.

MCU's "The Marvels" is slated to drop in cinemas on the 11th of November next year!

MCU's "The Marvels" is currently directed by Nia DaCosta and will be starring Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, and Iman Vellani, among other cast members.
