BLACKPINK band member Jisoo recently gave a candid interview that unveiled her thoughts about G-Dragon and TVXQ singer Changmin. The songstress even revealed who among the two K-pop idols would she want to become close to.

Jisoo surprised her fans when she opted to form a closer connection with G-Dragon rather than Changmin. Despite being an avid fan of the said TVXQ band member, the BLACKPINK songstress commented that she wanted to become friends with the Big Bang rapper.

The BLACKPINK singer made the revelation during the group's guest appearance on the MBC FM4U radio show Ji Suk Jin's 2 O'Clock Date. When asked to choose between the two K-pop male idols, Jisoo picked G-Dragon since they are under the same entertainment agency.

Given that the two K-pop singers belong to YG Entertainment, Jisoo explained that she has more opportunity to meet G-Dragon than Changmin. The BLACKPINK songstress even recounted some of the times that she ran into the Big Bang rapper prior to the said K-pop idol's military enlistment. Jisoo also shared that she has yet to meet members of the boy band TVXQ.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK recently staged a successful comeback in the K-pop music scene with the group's new song "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du." The music video for the said track even reached an impressive view count on YouTube. A day after the song's music video was released, the clip gained more than 33,71,799 views, according to Soompi.

BLACKPINK's recent YouTube accomplishment also broke the band's earlier record of 13,316,290 views in a span of 24 hours with the group's earlier hit track "As If It's Your Last." Jisoo and her band members attained the said YouTube music video view count in 2017 which was considered an impressive milestone for a K-pop girl group at that time. To-date, "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" already has more than 67,859,000 views on YouTube.

BLACKPINK released "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" on June 15. The said track is part of the girl group's latest extended play album titled Square Up.
